Laura Venos

Laura Venos is a Career Consultant at the F. David Fowler Career Center. She joined the FDFCC team in August, 2007. Laura is an integral part of the Undergraduate Career Management team and supports BBA and BACCY students in pursuing internships, post-graduate employment, and long-term career planning. She also manages the Employment Statistics collection and dissemination process in accordance with the MBACSC reporting standards. Before being promoted to this role in February 2009, Laura served as a Graduate Assistant while working toward her Masters degree.

Prior to joining the GWSB, Laura was a Recruiting Relationship Manager at the Stanford MBA Career Management Center in Palo Alto, CA. She has also worked at several museums in Arts Education and Membership, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Laura has a Masters in School Counseling from The George Washington University Graduate School of Education and Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Richmond.
